Booking and Evaluation Systems

Developed for South West Grid for Learning

SWGfL holds various conferences, seminars and training sessions each year, handling in the region of 3,000 delegates.

To support the administration, financial management and evaluation of these events, I've developed a number of web-based event management systems, each tailored to the requirements of the event's planning team, including:
 

  • A bespoke ASP.NET booking and administration system for SWGfL's ICT Conferences;
     
  • Tailored implementation of hosted booking systems, such as RegOnline, for E-Safety Live and the FITS Training Programme;
     
  • Tailored implementation of hosted survey systems, such as SurveyGizmo, for conference evaluation systems.
The solutions that I've delivered have been proven to significantly reduce administrative workload, and delegate feedback has indicated a 95% 'very good' or 'excellent' satisfaction rating for the online booking process facilitated by these systems.
